Some commonly asked questions about our grooming services.
Are you qualified?
Yes. All groomers are fully trained and qualified. Lisa and Haley are licensed as Master Groomers and have Pet First Aid and CPR training.
Do you offer walk-in nail clips and anal gland expressions?
On Wednesdays and Thursdays, walk-ins are welcome from 10am–4pm.
On Fridays and Saturdays, appointments are available from 9am–2pm.
What if I need to cancel?
A 24-hour cancellation notice is needed.
How can I pay?
We accept all forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, checks and cash.
Do you work with elderly dogs?
Yes. Most places (like pet store franchises) don’t take your pets over the age of 10, but we welcome and specialize in handling the needs of older dogs.
Do you provide consultations, such as wound care?
Because Lisa has a degree in canine science and 2 years of veterinary school, many clients often consult her on wound care for their pets.
Do you accept tips?
Yes, we appreciate tipping. We consider ourselves hairdressers for your pets!
What is teeth scraping?
Teeth scraping removes plaque and helps maintain healthy gums.
Weren’t you located in Milford, MA?
Yes, we moved from Milford to Bellingham, MA in 2008.
