Paws & Claws has been caring for pets since 1986, when we started offering pet grooming services. In 2015, we opened an organic pet bakery. We are thrilled to have worked with clients’ pets through multiple generations.

Meet Our Family

Paws and Claws Pet Grooming & Bakery is a family-operated business.

Lisa Bernier (owner) graduated from Newbury College with a degree in canine science and has 2 years of veterinarian school, along with being CPR certified and pet first aid trained. She is a master groomer with over 30 years of grooming. She specializes in all breeds and truly treats every client of hers like family.

Lisa also enjoyed 20 years of dog showing and breeding of Manchester Terriers.

In 1995, Lisa’s husband Damon joined the business and now runs our pet bakery. He is also CPR certified and pet first aid trained.

Daughter Haley received her license in 2012 and is CPR certified. She enjoys creative styling and making her clients feel “beautified.”

After 2 decades of grooming at our Milford location we are now located in our current salon in Bellingham, MA. We have the latest grooming technology and the best trained staff, and we always treat our clients like family.
